How to request deletion

Email us from the address linked to your Green Grass account. Use the developer contact address on our Google Play store listing. Subject: Delete my Green Grass account. Include your username.

We may ask you to confirm your identity before we process the request.

What we delete

• Profile data (name, username, email, photo, bio, verification)
• Posts, comments, messages, and media you uploaded, where feasible
• Follows, blocks, and other data tied to your account

We may retain limited data where required by law, for security, or in backups for a short period before automatic removal.

Timing

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will confirm when deletion is finished.
